EdenX envisions a future where cities become vibrant, self-sustaining ecosystems, seamlessly blending nature with technology. This project explores how advanced hydroponics and vertical farming can be integrated into Nottingham’s urban fabric, creating a resilient, local food network that reduces environmental impact and strengthens community connections. By reimagining the Inland Revenue Centre, it prioritizes regeneration over new construction, transforming underutilized spaces into hubs of sustainable agriculture. Through this fusion of design, innovation, and nature, EdenX redefines how we grow, share, and consume food in the face of climate change.
